Defense clients include American Express, Carteret Mortgage, ERA Realty Franchisee, Nissan Motors Credit Corporation, etc.
Plaintiff clients include individuals and businesses.
Largest award ever for privacy violations against Home Depot - $930,000 bench judgment.
My practice usually balances at about 60% - 70% Plaintiff, but that varies depending on which side gets to me first.
Fees are all pre-paid for anticipated services. Designation is $1,500.
Typical expenditure per typical case is $4,000 to $10,000 not including out of area (southern California) travel fees.
